Wear-resistant wet-end materials help extend component life in abrasive slurry applications.
Heavy-duty flow passages handle slurry, tailings, sand, gravel and industrial sludge.
Optimized pump selection helps reduce energy use, wear and parts replacement.
Replaceable liners, impellers and wear parts reduce maintenance time and downtime.
Pump type, materials, seals and drive systems are selected for your actual conditions.
Each pump is inspected and performance-tested before shipment.
Pump selection depends on flow, total head, slurry density, solids concentration, particle size and pipeline conditions.
Required parameters typically include flow rate (m³/h or GPM), total dynamic head (TDH), slurry specific gravity, particle size distribution, pH level, and pipe length/diameter.
Our heavy-duty slurry pumps are designed to handle up to 70% solids concentration by weight, depending on the specific pump model and impeller selection.
Maximum spherical particle passage ranges from 10mm up to 250mm depending on the pump casing size and wet-end flow channel clearance.
High-chrome alloys (A05, A49) are best suited for coarse, highly abrasive slurries, while natural rubber or synthetic liners are ideal for fine, corrosive applications.
Horizontal pumps fit main process plant transfer lines, vertical sump pumps are designed for pit drainage, and heavy-duty submersibles excel in open-pit mine dewatering.
Operate close to the Best Efficiency Point (BEP), select optimal casing materials, maintain correct throatbush clearances, and perform routine seal water checks.
